01需求
客戶現場的系統要活過驗收日：人會換、需求會變、機器會壞。一次性 Demo 對 FDE 是扣分題。
02規格
三段時間軸：2016– wowsight、2016– 世新系機房、2021.05– 經濟日報（五年多，AI轉型採訪）——年改 20 委員會＋4 分區＋大會 12 場、司改 5 分組×6 輪＋增開＋總結，zero failure。
03部署
政府級現場交付：年改與司改全國轉播的 multi-seat 現場指揮——單日、不可重來、全程直播。
04驗收
2026-10-07 實測：wowsight 200 當日仍出稿、shuj.shu.edu.tw 200 在線、operette 200——十年與日更並存。
05維運
十年維運＝接手過別人的機器、撐過主事者更替——這正是 FDE 交接與接手的日常。

Concept — ten years
wowsight 10 years, university server room 10 years, Economic Daily News 5 years. The timeline itself is the anti-demo evidence: systems that outlive staff turnover, requirement drift, and hardware failure.
FDE mapping: field systems are judged by what happens after acceptance day — ten years of continuous operation is the acceptance test.
